Actually, I need to know whether gst is to be charged on the commission from the restaurant or gst is to be charged on delivery charges collecting from the customers

Hi Pradeep,

While GST on food items will be 5%/12%, the GST rate on aggregation and delivery service would be 18%. This should be charged on on the processing fee/delivery fee that you are planning to charge.
