Dear Sir,
 
We are filing ITC refund on export of goods & services without payment of Integrated Tax. Now the utility is changed on GST portal. We need to upload export details in it.
We have downloded the excel utility for export details in which EGM reference number is to be mentioned for Shipping bill. In this column we are putting a 6 digit EGM number but the excel utility is not accepting it and giving us error as “EGM Ref Number can take only 7 digit +ve numeric value.
Please help us we are unable to proceed due to this.

This, please share a copy of your shipping bill to our team and we’ll analyse and help you better. You may send it at [email protected].
As far as technical errors are considered, you can raise a ticket with GSTN at https://services.gst.gov.in/services/grievance.
