Dear Sir/Madam,
We have a Client who is exporting goods out of India on regular basis and huge amount has collected in Electronic Credit Ledger, we want to apply for Refund but there is a small problem, the Remittance received from abroad comes in small numbers and not as per the Invoice, will it create a problem in applying for refund.
Please advice how should we proceed in this matter, which documents should we keep handy as may be required by the Assessing Officer.
