Our gst was cancelled due to change in constitution in business on 1st july 2018 and a new gstin was issued, but we held stock for old gstin, i want to know whether i need to bill the new gstin so that i can nill my stock for the final return gstr 10 and if i bill it now after 1.5 years will i be liable to pay interest and penalty and how much would that be
