Sir,
I have a partnership firm in which there is ITC balance. Now I am changing my firm from Partnership to Proprietorship. I will surrender/close GST No. of Partnership Firm and take new GST No. for Proprietorship firm. Please advise how can I transfer ITC balance from old firm to new one. If transfer is not possible, is there any other way.
